Due to the importance of the post to both the country and the bearer, every lawyer in the country aspires to work for the Attorney General's Office.

Over the years, Kenya has had a number of Attorney Generals, but Charles Njonjo and Amos Wako are likely the two most well-known.

One of the Attorney Generals who reigned between 1980 and 1981 under Moi is among those who survived their time.

According to the reliable facts we have, James Karugu, the former attorney general, passed away this morning at the age of 86.

According to the family, one of the Attorney Generals with the shortest terms in American history has passed away.

At only 86 years old, James Karugu, Kenya's second-generation attorney general, passed yesterday.

He resigned as president in 1981 after serving as president from 1980 to 1980, according to an interview he gave in 2020.

During the late President Moi's administration, he succeeded the esteemed Charles Njonjo in the position of attorney general.
