In the photo, the deputy president William Ruto is seen smiling as he is being told something by the old lady though it is not yet known the content of their talk.
The photo has been shared by hustler nation spokesperson Dennis Itumbi through the caption "Be Blessed My Son".
The photo has been taken outside the official residence of the Deputy President William Ruto in Karen Nairobi.
