President William Ruto is up to task to make sure that he delivers to Kenyans what he promised during his manifesto launch. He is slowly putting his house in order. He has started working towards achieving his development agenda. He has inherited an economy that is said to be weaker financially.
In the next few days, he will be naming the members of his cabinet.Currently, some names are being speculated to be part of the team that Ruto will name.As Ruto seeks to name the members of his government, questions are rife if some of Uhuru's team will make their ways in Ruto's government.
During his campaigns, Ruto constantly kept on rubbing shoulders with some of Uhuru's men and women. For instance, Interior CS Fred Matiang'i, PS Kibicho, ICT CS Joe Mucheru, Agriculture CS Peter Munya amongst others were not in good terms with President Ruto. However, Ruto is set to go after deep state as major security changes loom.He is planning to restructure security dockets including National Government Administration Officers. Will he retain some?
