Former Governor and Uhuru Ally Now Urges Jubilee To Accept Defeat In The Just Concluded Juja Polls

Former Kiambu Governor through a press statement has come out to urge his party the Jubilee party which he campaigned for in Juja by-elections to accept that they gave a spirited fight but the best candidate won.

Statement from the former Governor

In a statement that has been shared widely, he urged the worrying factions who took part in the election to now put their differences aside and come together for the common good of the people of Juja who now need service delivery after the death of their member of parliament.

Kabogo who campaigned vigorously for the Jubilee candidate is convinced that the seat has eloped them and it is time for the party to go back to the drawing board and strategize on the next course of action. The by-election has been marred with allegations of voter bribery with the Jubilee candidate demanding a repeat of the said polls for what she says were anomalies witnessed in the polls.
