During the meeting, the principals registered there dissatisfaction with the High judgement on BBI amendment bill, urging Kenyans to be patient and wait the appeal process to proceed to it's logical conclusion.
The principals also applauded the senate for it's decision to impeach the Governor of Wajir terming it as a bold step towards fight against corruption and impunity in counties. On the other hand, William Ruto met a group former councillors from Kajiado County to discuss bottom-up economic model.
In a meeting that was attended by MPs Karoo ole Metito, George Sunkuyia, Hon Aisha Jumwa and Kimani Ngunjiri, Ruto claimed that, since the councillors were grassroot leaders, they had a key role to play in his bottom-up Economic model.
According to D.p Ruto, his move was rooting for an expansive, inclusive and broad-based economic intervention that was going to give ordinary Kenyans a chance to make a living and create wealth.
