Ruto Fires Back at Raila Over The Planned Protest (Video)

President William Ruto has finally opened up hours after the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya alliance coalition Raila Odinga led team called for a nationwide protest over the removal of the decented four Independent Electorial and Boundaries Commissioners who went against the commissioner's chairman Wafula Chebukati during the announciation of the results.

Speaking during the official opening of Twiga Foods Distribution Centre in Kiambu county today, the head of state Dr William Ruto has said that he will not be intimidated by those people fighting fir their selfish interest.

He added that the opposition should respect the rule if law and the independent bodies like the National Assembly that are mandated for such functions in the country. He said that if Raila is not comfortable with parliament the. he should go to court instead of going to streets.

He added that the Kenya kwanza is open for all talks and will continue to respect the rule of law and that the move by the opposition team will not intimidate or affect the operation of the government of Kenya.
