Kirinyaga women representative Wangui Ngirici has for another time disclosed about her personal relationship with the deputy President William Ruto after ditching UDA camp. The county legislator was speaking in an exclusive interview with Ktn tv where she was interviewed about her political stand around of August general elections.
Responding to a question from the interviewer Ahmed on whether Ruto betrayed her, the lawmaker dismissed such allegations and said that William Ruto did not betray her.(Siwezi sema Ruto ni Msaliti) She said that the reason that she left UDA party was because she looked at her political future life in UDA party and saw no hope of being elected in the UDA ticket.
She also said that Anne waiguru move to the party was another minor reason as to why she moved from deputy Ruto's wing since she could hardly stand in the same podium with her close competitor. She however affirmed that she will be running for Kirinyaga gubernatorial seat on an independent ticket.
