President Uhuru Kenyatta has resolved to give Ksh 1 million towards balancing the hospital expense of previous Kenya Rugby Sevens mentor Benjamin Ayimba.The 45-year-old who is famously known as Benja was conceded at Nairobi medical clinic three weeks prior.Nairobi representative Johnson Sakaja shared the news in his Twitter page saying thanks to the president while asking different pioneers to contribute."How about we keep at it. #turnupforbenja. Much obliged to you H.E Uhuru for the ksh1 M. Sympathetic @RailaOdinga @WilliamRuto @MusaliaMudavadi participate," he asked.
The Kenya Rugby Association (KRU) disclosed a clinical subsidizes appeal for Ayimba's bill that presently remains at ksh2.5 million. "Benja has been in and out of medical clinic since late 2020 after a cerebral Jungle fever analysis. His condition has decayed quickly and he needs our assistance more than ever."We are interesting to all well-wishers to help contribute towards getting him the most ideal clinical treatment and in a good place once more," read an articulation by the KRU.⁹
