Former Prime Minister Raila Amollo Odinga has flown out of the country on Wednesday evening.
He has since updated Kenyans that he is in Juba, South Sudan where he will be taking part in a high profile event on Thursday in his capacity as the African High Representative in charge of infrastructure.

He was received by a high profile delegation of leaders upon touchdown in Juba where he will be taking part in the high profile event on Thursday.
South Sudan’s President Salva Kiir will officially open the long-awaited Freedom Bridge tomorrow on 19 May 2022, a senior official announced.
In March 2015, President Salva Kiir and the Japan International Cooperation Agency inaugurated the 3.6 kilometre-long bridge. The project was expected to reach completion within a few years after the inauguration.
