Itumbi has taken a swipe at the Deep State, claiming that the Deep State now needs Viagra to help them in their attempts to bring Deputy President William Ruto's camp to a grinding halt.
He has said that all attempts by Deep State to slow down Hustler Nation have failed miserably, and that as a result, they need another means to assist them in their goals.
"The Deep State needs Viagra because their attempts to slow down Hustler Nation have been ineffective. The 'flavoured Hookah' provided at the ICT ministry, according to Raechel Wanjiru anasema ndimu iongezwe kidogo, is supposed to assist cut down the consumption of the 'flavoured Hookah' "Itumbi shared his thoughts.
In his statement, Itumbi said that ICT CS Joe Mucheru was still the Minister in charge of all systems when polls were held in Msambweni, London Ward in Nakuru, Kiambaa and Juja, with the Deputy President William Ruto's team taking victory.
