Siaya Governor HE James Orengo has reacted through his official facebook page ahead of president William Ruto's visit to Siaya county today.
He Welcomes the fifth president of the republic of Kenya Dr. William Ruto to Siaya county to the land of endless possibilities and opportunities.

President William Ruto enjoyed huge support during his yesterday's tour in South Nyanza region and will continue his tour today in the region.
Nyanza region is the former prime minister Hon Raila Odinga's Stronghold, many Kenyans were surprised to see the people come out in numbers to receive the fifth president of the republic of Kenya in Homa Bay and Kisumu counties yesterday.
