The political temperatures continue to rise as the country come closer to the August 9 General elections.
The key presidential candidates have already named their running mates and the battle ground has now been clearly drawn.
The Azimio faction led by its presidential candidate, Raila Amollo Odinga nominated Martha Karua as the running mate for Odinga with the Kenya Kwanza Alliance naming Rigathi Gachagua to deputize William Ruto.

Campaigns are at their elm with today Kenya Kwanza was in Gatundu while Azimio was in Kirinyaga in th homecoming ceremony of Martha Karua.
A photo has emerged on what Azimio Campaign team did today while was in a campaign trail.

According to a photo shared by Kenyan.co.ke, the Azimio Campaign team were spotted dishing out their merchandise to a supporter while on a highway.
Kenyans reacted differently to this move with some terming it as risky behaviour.
