Kakamega County Deputy Governor Hon Ayub Savula has lectured member of National Assembly, Mumias East Constituency, Hon Peter Salasya for trolling Hon Millicent Omanga over the role she has been given as the CAS of Interior. Ayub Savula urged Peter Salasya to consider respecting other leaders.
"Wewe Peter Salasya...are for real? Ati Hon Millicent Omanga atakuwa anafanyia nini bandits as CAS for defense? Learn to respect other leaders. Hawa watu wa maandamano like Peter Salasya are not to be taken seriously. As Kakamega we say no to maandamano", Ayub Savula. 
DG Ayub Savula added that Kakamega County will not be associated with the demonstration that will be held on Monday as stated below.
"Wakenya au Maendeleo? Kakamega tunasema ni Maendeleo. Our people in mulembe nation wamekataa kutukimika vibaya. They are busy on their farms. We are introducing new varieties of farm products like Mangos and ovacados. Mambo ya maandamano tumekataa", Ayub Savula.
