Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Party ally, Hon. George Peter Kaluma and a strong supporter of the Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga has taken to the limelight to ask Kenyans to get used to seeing Raila at the top of the government since he is the fifth President of Kenya after President Uhuru Kenyatta`s term comes to an end in 2022 polls.
The Member of Parliament has alleged that Raila is the only Presidential candidate who can see Kenya into another prospective level amid looming and rising political temperatures in Kenya that have been brought about by the current by-elections which have been linked to the possible results in the 2022 general elections.
“Zoea Rais wa Tano wa jamhuri ya Kenya,” he said, tagging along the photo of Raila.
The above sentiments can loosely be translated to: “Get used to the fifth President of the republic of Kenya,”
Well, the next polls are not going to be a walk in the park, after Siaya County Senator James Orengo asserted that Deputy President William Ruto will not be an easy man to bring down in the Presidential race sometimes back.
On his end, DP Ruto and team have reportedly asserted that the 2022 Presidential elections is for only two heavyweights, that is the second in command and Raila, dismissing other possible aspirants as opportunists.
