Former president Uhuru Kenyatta has been told to resign from his important position with Azimio la umoja. One Kenyan coalition party will allow Azimio La Umoja and President William Ruto to head the government. The opposition will be led by Kenyan coalition party leader Raila Odinga.
Political analyst and communication specialist Dr. Barrack Muluka is of the opinion that the former head of state should formally retire from his role as Azimio's leader so that Raila can continue to exert constant supervision over William Ruto's administration.
Muluka argues that as soon as Raila Odinga returns to the streets with the military, Uhuru Kenyatta should formally resign from the Azimio council and give that body over to Raila.
Having an affair with the opposition, the former president, he claimed, set a terrible example, and president William Ruto's administration needs strong opposition, which Raila Odinga has started to offer recently.
