Orengo is clear that he was yet to know why the previous leadership decided to remove millions from Siaya County accounts yet the money didn't do a single project. According to Orengo, the issue of corruption in Siaya County has hit the roof.
The governor wants the government of William Ruto to come with speed and arrest the former governor and treasury officials. It's evident that president Ruto is doing all he can to deal with crooks and cartels.
The governor of Siaya County is deeply concerned of the ongoing corruption in Siaya County which doesn't regard his leadership. Seemingly, the governor of Siaya County is unable to bring corruption down for the cartels are fully entrenched. Will Orengo resign as governor after failing to fight corruption cartels, let's wait and see.
