Today has marked a major day in politics as both Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka and Orange Democratic Movement Party leader announced there running mate in the coming election.

Raila Odinga has picked Martha Karua to be his running mate while Kalonzo Musyoka picked Sunkuli Leteipa as his running mate in the coming election.

However, it has been observed that KANU party that is being led by Senator Gidion Moi was presented in both the events. The party secretary general Nick Salat was in KICC grounds while the party leader Gidion Moi was at the SKM Command Center where Kalonzo Musyoka unveiled his running mate.
In the speech by Raila, he offered to give Kalonzo a position of Chief minister in government if he wins the election. It not yet clear how it will end because Kalonzo Musyoka has already announced himself as the presidential candidate in the August coming election.
