President Uhuru Kenyatta has finally cleared the suspense about the curfew issues. He has declared that the curfew will be extended for the next 30 days . He added that all the residence are expected to be in respective places from 7 p.m. to 4 a.m. However, these curfew hours will not affect other counties but it will apply only for only 13 counties that were put under lockdown. In other counties, the curfew remains from 10 pm to 4 am. Furthermore, he has declared that there will be no public gatherings for the next 60 days.
President Uhuru Kenyatta also reveals that he is looking forward to ensure that all the Kenyans are vaccinated. He further added that kenya will receive new package of vaccination drugs in the next two weeks.However, this curfew will affect many politicians such as the deputy president who has been fighting for the 2022 general election. Deputy president has been conducting several rallies to strengthen his position ahead of 2022.
