The President of the Republic of Kenya, Hon William Ruto, is striving to create an effective government that will help the Kenyan Kwanza government achieve its goals. He has nominated a Cabinet Secretary to serve his government and the vetting and approval by Parliament has been completed.

The now appointed Cabinet Secretary will replace those who left the previous Uhuru administration and help the Hustlers government deliver on its promises to the people. William Ruto has finalized the names to take up the post from October 27 after all the nominated Cabinet Secretaries are approved by Parliament.

Senator Kiprotich Arap Cherargei tweeted, "H.E Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto issued a gazette to CS candidates confirmed to start work tomorrow. Let the work begin to implement the plan for a prosperous nation." This is a late night move by the president. The CS ate now confirmed and approved considering the late night action of the head of state.
