The crazy celebrations filled the air after Dr. Hillary Barchok emerged to defeat his major opponent, Isaac Kiprono Ruto.
Dr. Hillary Barchok had vyed his seat using the UDA party ticket whereas Isaac Kiprono Ruto had used his party, Chama Cha Mashinani(ccm).
Furthermore, most of the people from that county thought that it was tough for Governor Hillary Barchok to be elected since Isaac Kiprono Ruto had strong supporters as well as strong strategic political sense.
By now Isaac's supporters are left in suspense after his seat backfired. The mammoth crowd creep in for Bomet Town to show their gladness as well as their concern about their Governor who had wood those residents with the raft of promises.
Although Isaac Kiprono Ruto had more supporters than Barchok in this year's polls, he emerged to loose his governorship for the second time.
