It's the eleventh hour to the August elections and every participant team is working hard to make it to the statehouse. The Azimio La Umoja coalition and their rivals Kenya kwanza are spending sleepless night laying down their weapons to win the upper house come 9th August.
Deputy president William Ruto has been dealt another big blow after one of his allies publicly betrayed him by denying that he is not on his side.Ruto who is continuing his campaigns in Marsabit and Garissa counties used the advantage of Marsabit Governor Mohammud Ali to urge the residents to vote for him claiming that he is on side.
The DP said that Mohammud has never joined the Azimio coalition and he is still on his side despite not accompanying him in the rally . Things have turned ugly to the Kenya Kwanza Alliance coalition leader after the Incumbent Governor held a massive rally today where he dismissed the claims that he is on Ruto's side.
Ali confirmed to his residents that he is not associated with UDA anymore and he is firmly in the Azimio-One Kenya coalition. He went ahead to drum up support for their presidential candidate Raila Odinga revealing he is with him to the last minute and the people of Marsabit should vote for him.
