Baba Raila Amollo Odinga is the party leader of Orange Democratic Movement in Kenya and a special envoy for infrastructure courtesy of African Union.
Over the past one month Baba Raila has come up stronger in his politics across the country as he pushes the Azimio La Umoja program. Raila recently promised poor Kenyan families with a Ksh 6,000 stipend on a monthly basis when he ascends to power which was received by mixed reactions with some asking the reality of the promise more especially the source of the money.
It has been an interesting day as Raila visited Nairobi with thousands of Kenyans gathering to listen to him and it is where he promised to show Kenyans how possible his promise. A few minutes ago, the political supremo has revealed the source of the money saying that Kenya loses Ksh 600 billion on a yearly basis to corruption, by managing corruption Raila has said that only Ksh 150 billion is required for the program per year thus Kenya will have another 450 billion for development.
