The Azimio la Umoja function at Kasarani Stadium is expected to have about 60, 000 deligates across Kenya.
The much hyped function is associated with the former Prime Minister and the Orange Democratic Movement Party leader Raila Odinga.
More than 10, 000 deligates are expected from the Mount Kenya region.Some of the Mount Kenya region leaders have confirmed attending the function.
The leaders who have confirmed their attendance are Governor Lee Kinyanjui who is the current Nakuru Governor and has openly shown his support to Raila Odinga.
Nyandarua Governor Francis Kimemia has also confirmed that he will attend the Kasarani function.
Other Governors who have confirmed to attend the function are James Nyoro(Kiambu County), Kiraitu Murungi(Meru County), and Nderitu Mureithi(Laikipia County).
All those governors have been seen to be leaning toward president Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga.
Kikuyu Council of Elders led by Wachira Wakiago have also confirmed their attendance.
