They'll Add No Value In Service Delivery To Kenyans- Ruto Told About Planned CAS Appointments

President William Ruto has been told by Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance coalition party leadership that the positions, which he is set to create of Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) and appoint his allies to occupy those posts will add no value to service delivery to Kenyans. The positions are just a waste of resources time and misuse of Public Service Commission.

In his statement to the media today as reported by Nation Newspaper, National Assembly Minority Leader Ugunja Member of Parliament Hon Opiyo Wandayi has told President William Ruto that appointment of CAS, will not add any value in his government's service delivery to the people of Kenya. Instead it is a waste of public resources, time and misuse of Public Service Commission (PSC). He blasted the president reminding him how he opposed the BBI report over claims that it was after creation of positions but now he is busy creating those positions for his allies.

The positions will just make the government to be so big and increase the recurrent expenditures for nothing good in return to Kenyans. They will just cost Kenyans to be overburdened in paying for their salaries, allowances and other services but they will not have a tangible value to President William Ruto's administration.
