Raila's brother Oburu Odinga has revealed that that the Azimio leader Raila Odinga will be on the ballot in the 2027 General Elections. This is obviously bad news to Kalonzo Musyoka who is waiting eagerly to take over from Raila's support base and compete against President Ruto.

Kalonzo Musyoka has tried to allege that he will be the automatic presidential candidate for the Azimio coalition in the 2027 General elections. However, it's now obvious that Raila will contest again for the sixth time in his efforts to defeat William Ruto.
Interestingly, the Azimio coalition is divided and most leaders are switching political camps. Raila's efforts against Ruto's administration are obviously unlikely to succeed because of the current weight of government.
President Ruto has has placed up serious strategies to ensure that his government achieved it's agenda. It's also clear that Raila oversaw the plunder of public resources during the handshake period. He cannot therefore claim that he can solve the problems today. Whether Kalonzo will get Raila's support given the current political circumstances, let's wait and see.
