Jubilations currently rocking the United Democratic Alliance party and the Kenya Kwanza alliance coalition after influential and powerful businessmen from Mount Kenya region dumps the Azimio La Umoja alliance Coalition and president Uhuru Kenyatta and declare support for Deputy president Dr William Ruto presidential bid a head of the next general election.
This comes after series of meeting held between Kenya Kwanza running mate Rigathi Gachagua and the Businessmen in Nairobi between Tuesday and Wednesday of this week where the have decided to shift their support today on Sunday.
According to an MP who is close to honourable Rigathi Gachagua from the region, the region they expect the number of leaders who will shift from Azimio side to increase.
"Businessmen sympathetic to the Hustler movement and Ruto from the mount have shifted their support from president Uhuru Kenyatta to Gachagua. We expect the number to increase in the coming days" he stated.
This according to the MP is inside Rigathi Gachagua plan to net the 4.5 million votes from the mountain region.
