ODM leader Raila Odinga has scheduled to strew Ruto's territory next week as he intends to popularize his Azimio la Umoja campaigns country wide.
Raila yearns to woo Ruto's turf into supporting his 2022 Statehouse bid. While in Eldoret, the former prime minister will hold a meeting with ODM delegates hailing from Nandi, Uasin Gishu, Elgeyo Marakwet and West Pokot counties.
The Azimio la Umoja team will hold similar gatherings in Turkana and Nakuru.
Speaking to Radio stations covering Ruto's turf, the ODM leader stated that he plans to cease public engagements at the top of the month.
The ODM brigade will thereafter spread their engagements to Mt Kenya where they'll rally the Meru, Tharaka Nithi and Embu residents into supporting Raila's bid.
Speaking to FM Stations attached to Rift Valley, Mr Odinga clarified that his relationship with Deputy President William Ruto is perfectly tender and that their only differences emerges in the political landscape.
He supported his admission by narrating how he made Ruto the Agriculture minister, an esteemed Position Ruto enjoyed in the grand coalition.
Raila further mentioned that through the grand coalition, he gave Ruto's backyard five ministers with western and Nyanza region having a total of 8. He reiterated that they worked perfectly fine with Ruto and that their political differences can't stand between them.
