Badi has been blocked from attending the Cabinet meetings following the outcome of a petition filed by Kandara Member of National Assembly Alice Wahome.
Hon Wahome sought to dispute His Excellency's order that the NMS boss should be listed as part of the Cabinet entitled and mandated to attend each and every Cabinet meeting.
The jury was inline with a verdict issued earlier by the same Court which termed the reign of the City County by the military entity to be illegal and a breach of the sacred Kenyan Constitution 2010.
This is another blow to the Commander in Chief as he eyes his exit.
