Hon. Peris Tobiko's move to host Deputy President William Samoe Ruto at her Kajiado home on her husband, Kishanto Ole Suuji properties without his consent has how taken another twist as politicians are now giving their own views.
According to the source, in Maa community women are supposed to maintain a low profile and should respect their husbands.
However, Peris seems to have turned the patriarchal society and she has now put her husband on the chopping board.
The move by Peris has prompted her husband to report the Dp Ruto for trespass at a local police station.
AhmednasirAbdullahi, the city lawyer who is also a senior counsel, taking to his Twitter account says:
"Some men are born Losers...look at this man crying all over the place in Isinya,Kajiado and married to Hon Peris Tobiko wailing like a difficult baby just because his wife launched a high profile campaign to win the Governor seat in Kajiado in 2022 in UDA ticket...MADNESS!"
Source brief to opera news says she won the 2013 Kajiado East seat even after the elders had cursed her for defying their orders! "Today she defected to UDA and host @WilliamsRuto even after the husband had warned her. Her CS brother, a pro handshake must be devasted...
"She was the first elected female Maasai member of parliament; something believed to be reserved only for men. She was re-elected again in 2017. Iron lady!! the wife is so powerful that we refer to the husband not by his name but as Peris Tobiko's husband."
