According to IEBC's online webpage as of 10:24 pm, Deputy President William Ruto, who was leading Raila two hours earlier, is now trailing with 49.60% and Raila leading with 49.73%, a margin of 0.03 percent.

IEBC chairman Hon. Wafula Chebukati has made it plain that no 2022 Presidential election results will be disclosed till the commission has counterchecked all 46k Forms 34A, even as Online transmission nears completion.

Even though the results of the presidential election in 2022 have not been made public just yet, it is anticipated that either Vice President William Ruto or ODM leader Raila Odinga will succeed President Kenyatta when the latter's tenure ends.
