Born in 1953, Titus Naikuni is well known to be amongst the most successful business men in Kenya. He is married to his wife Josephine Naikuni and the two are blessed with four children.

After graduating with a Bachelor's degree of Science in mechanical engineering from Nairobi University, he attended the Harvard Business School’s Management Development Programme in Cambridge for expanding his wealth of knowledge.

He also holds an honorary doctorate in science that was awarded to him by the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, in recognition of his contribution to development.

Naikuni has served as a board member in several companies including Kenya Power and Lighting Company, Brunner Mond (South Africa), Tata Chemicals Magadi, Airtel Kenya, servair France and Prudential Life Assurance Kenya and all these have contributed to his source of wealth which is estimated to be around $100 million (Ksh10 billion)

Though sources have not disclosed how he amassed all his wealth, Naikuni ranks amongst top 20 richest men in Kenya with top politicians like, Hon Raila Odinga, H.E Uhuru Kenyatta, the late Nicholas Biwot among many other.
