At 10 a.m., Raila is set to present the nomination papers to Kenya's Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission.
Raila will, however, first join the faithful at All-Saints Cathedral for a church service at 8 a.m., where his running mate for the August election is Martha Karua.
President Uhuru Kenyatta is expected to attend as well.
Raila will hold a rally at Undugu grounds in Lang'ata constituency after handing the papers to the IEBC.
According to Raila's presidential campaign secretariat press secretary Dennis Onsarigo, the former Prime Minister will then leave for Nakuru at 2 p.m. for roadside rallies.
At 4 p.m., he will hold a rally at Mazembe grounds in Nakuru's Bondeni neighborhood. Raila will unveil the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Coalition party manifesto at Nyayo National Stadium on Monday.

On Saturday, the IEBC allowed Kenya Kwanza presidential contender William Ruto to run in the August elections.
After being cleared, Ruto, who is running with Rigathi Gachagua, begged the panel to be impartial in carrying out its mandate.
