As the counting of votes continues, outgoing Muranga Woman Representative Hon. Sabina Chege has sent a special message to Kenyans. One of Raila Odinga's campaign troops in the Mount Kenya region during the Campaign was the president of Kenyatta's vociferous ally.
While the IEBC hasn't made any official announcements, there has been misinformation being spread on various social media platforms about the Presidential race between the contenders. Some claim to know the current figures. As voters awaited the official results from the IEBC, Sabina Chege pleaded with them to maintain their composure and patience.

The departing Muranga Woman Representative has warned Kenyans to be vigilant of false information spreading on social media. Additionally, she has reaffirmed that Kenyans should only pay attention to results that are reported by reliable media outlets and the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission.
