"We Will be The Last Party Standing With Kenyans" Mudavadi Led ANC Vows

The historical March 2018 handshake between president Uhuru Kenyatta and his former bitter rival, former prime minister Raila Odinga saw painful death of opposition in the country.

The Orange Democratic Movement ODM boss who was the official opposition leader has since then been supporting his handshake patner, a thing that has seen him heavily criticised.

Kenyans have decried bad government policies including heavy taxation that has seen the cost of living rise.

The African National Congress ANC party has however come to the rescue of Kenyans after its declaration.

According to the statement by the party, Musalia Mudavadi led ANC has now vowed to play the opposition role.

The party through, ANC Youth chair,Omulo Junior mare clear that it will be the last standing party to fight for common Mwananchi against oppressive government policies.

"ANC continue to discharge the mandate of the opposition as a solitary party that subscribes to the call of a viable economy, issue-based policies and accountability" the statement by ANC read.
