Former Justice Minister, Martha Wangari Karua, whom has for a long period of time been on the forefront on fights for social justices and protection of the Constitution(Linda Katiba) today concured with BBI top most instigator, Raila Odinga.
"What we have witnessed in the by-elections in Bonchari and Juja is an abuse of police powers and an arrogant display of Impunity by a few overzealous and bellicose Government functionaries" angrily said Raila Odinga earlier today.
Raila's profound sentiments tended to go hand in hand with Martha Karua as she came out and uphold Raila's allegations of police abusing their powers.

"This confirms that at the end of the day as Kenyans we have to sit down and sort out electoral justice issues which includes abuse of police powers" championed Martha Karua in response to Raila Odinga allegstions.
According to Martha Karua, the abuse of power police have demonstrated in both Juja and Bonchari By-elections are among the issues bringing Kenya down.
