
August 9 general election is first approaching and political leaders are coming up with different strategies in bid to succeed president Uhuru Kenyatta. Deputy president Dr William Ruto and Opposition leader Raila Odinga are top contenders of presidential seat and either of them will succeed Uhuru Kenyatta.
Barely a day after launching his presidential campaigns at Thika Stadium in Kiambu county, Raila Odinga is today in Naivasha for Azimio La Umoja consultative meeting.

Among those attending the meeting are governors Lee Kinyanjui (Nakuru), Wycliffe Oparanya (Kakamega), Charity Ngilu (Kitui), Martin Wambora (Embu) among other leaders. The meeting is set to plan for Raila's campaigns ahead of August 9 general election.

Kitui county governor Charity Ngilu arrived at Enashipai Resort and Spa hotel aboard a helicopter with registration number 5Y-SGM. This made three write to try and find out who is the owner of the expensive machine. After searches the write found out that the helicopter belong to Royal Media Services chairperson and Business Mogul SK Macharia.
