Penning his thoughts in a post on his Twitter page on Tuesday night, Kisiangani claimed that a section of leaders led by Ndaragwa MP Jeremiah Kioni were part of a well coordinated strategy by BBI proponents to attack and dismantle the Kenyan constitution by having the 2022 poll postponed so as to install a dictator in Kenya.
