Sakaja's Bodyguard Acts Swiftly After Security Breach [Video]

Nairobi County Governor Johnson Sakaja's security acted swiftly after a man breached security.

Seen in a viral video clip,Sakaja and former NMS boss General Badi were walking while having a chat.

Unidentified man hawking sweets dashed while holding a packet of sweets.

The man managed to issue sweets to General Badi, Nairobi Governor Sakaja and his Deputy before security acted.

"Hey Governor,have sweets before security chase me," the man requested Sakaja

The Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS) officially ceded back its responsibilities to the Nairobi County Government on Friday.

Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja and outgoing NMS Director-General Lieutenant General Mohamed Badi signed a transfer deed to formally hand over the functions at City Hall.

The transfer of NMS to Nairobi County will have Governor Sakaja have full powers to perform functions related to the county's health, transport and ancillary services as well as projects involving Nairobi's public works, physical planning and development.

In his speech,Sakaja honor the NMS and the staff for doing a good job despite the challenges.
