The three leaders were warmly welcomed to ODM party by Mombasa ODM Chairman Mohammed Hamid Khamisi on behalf of ODM party leader Raila Odinga. He assured them of a free and fair party nominations.
The three leaders were welcomed to ODM party during a consultative meeting of all elected Mombasa members of county assembly and aspirants. The meeting is currently underway in Mombasa and attended by senior ODM party officials from the county.
MCA Phedis Mbura who was elected as an independent candidate representing Mwakirunge ward in Mombasa county also officially joined ODM party. He will be seeking his reelection on a ODM party ticket.
