Former vice president and Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka, according to DP Ruto's Powerful Ally, will eventually join UDA. She made it apparent that Raila has mistreated Kalonzo on several occasions, which is why he may never join him since he will appear desperate and warn out.
Karen Nyamu made it apparent that Kalonzo would not be able to join Raila, but that he might cooperate with DP Ruto in protest of Raila's and Uhuru's betrayal. He was unsure where Kalonzo would get the running mate post he desired, notwithstanding Odinga's desire to placate the Mt Kenya region with such a role.
Karen Nyamu, who is running for Senator in Nairobi County, has stated that Kalonzo will most likely follow Mudavadi's lead and totally support William Ruto for the top job. Nyamu is adamant that Kalonzo will get a better deal in UDA than in Raila Odinga's Azimio.
However, given that we are only a few months away from the next election, it is a matter of waiting and seeing which group Kalonzo will join. As things stand, the Wiper leader will most likely join William Ruto or Azimio, as he knows he won't be able to make it on his own.
