One of the largest betting company in the country Mozzat bet has donated the hospital equipment of about Sh3 million to the newly constructed Kakamega County General Hospital. The country has donated very important equipment needed in the hospital which includes; the marternity delivery beds and MVA kits, patient monitors and stretchers, oxygen concentrator, blood pressure monitor, hospital beds and bedside lokers.
“When Covid-19 was at its peak, Mozzart donated medical equipment worth Ksh 10 million to 10 counties and I received this as the then Chairman of the Council of Governors. They have continued to support the communities through other initiatives and this is commendable,” he said.

Governor Oparanya either added that Mozzart has been helping his county in many other projects such as digging boreholes to provide clean water at Lurambi, and a Sh20 million sponsorship to Kakamega Homeboyz FC. He did not hide his joy by thanking the company once again for their support to the county.
