Homa Bay Member of Parliament Hon Peter Kaluma, has allegedly revealed what his Excellency President William Samoei Arap Ruto ie targeting with the launch of Hustler Nation Fund.
He took to his Official Twitter Handle, stating that Hustler Fund has NO difference with Uwezo and Women Enterprise Funds.
He added that President William Ruto, might be planning to loot Billions of Cash in the name of giving Hustler Fund as a Loan.
"What is the Intention of Our Prezo @WilliamsRuto, what is he planning with Hustler Fund Initiative, which has been given as a Loan? Or is it the same Looting that we are used to from Innocent Poor Kenyans."
During his Campaign period, His Excellency President William Samoei Ruto promised to introduce Hustler Fund. And it was purportedly meant to Improve the livelihood of Small scale Traders.
