The presidential provisional results are still continuing across the country as Kenyans wait for the final results anxiously. According to the latest update which was done at 1.05PM today, the deputy president William Ruto is ahead with 1,812,704 votes which translates to 49.90 percent of the votes casted and verified by the independent electoral and boundaries commission.
The Azimio La Umoja presidential candidate Hon Raila Odinga comes second with 1,768,632 votes which translates to 48.69 percent of the votes counted and verified. The roots Party presidential candidate professor George Wajackoyah is having 16,638 votes which translates to 0.45 percent of the votes counted and verified. The Agano party presidential candidate Hon David Mwaure is having 7,307 votes which translates to 0.20 percent.
Despite that, the independent electoral and boundaries commission are still receiving the results across the country where they will be counting the and verify before announcing the winner of this election.
