"Economic Models Are Deceitful" Nelson Havi Says, States What Should be Considered For a President

The President of The Law Society of Kenya Nelson Havi has called upon Kenyans to dismiss the much-hyped economic models being drummed up by presidential aspirants.

Havi claimed that such models are unnecessary, and voters should be focused to elect a leader who will respect and uphold the constitution.

"Economic models or visions are unnecessary and deceitful. All we need is a man or woman who will respect and safeguard the Constitution," his Tweet read in part.

Havi went on to urge Mount Kenya leaders to allow the president choose his or her running mate come 2022.

His comment comes few days after the leaders from Mount Kenya Region announced that their irreducible minimum to support a presidential candidate is an elaborate way on how he or she will ensure the 'One Man One Vote One Shilling' is achieved.

They also argued that the Deputy President position is not negotiable will must come from their region, owing to the high number of votes the region has.

Several Political Analysts have however claimed that the demands set by the leaders from the region might not work.
