"Resign And Leave" City Lawyer Tells Cabinet Secretary In Ruto's Government, More Details Revealed

As a letter came out ordering that the business of the ministry be taken to the Office of the Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya Rigathi Gachagua, the close legal ally of President William Ruto once more ordered the Cabinet Secretary for foreign affairs Dr. Alfred Mutua to quit.

According to the Letter, CS Mutua will be receiving instructions from the DP's office for the sake of cooperation. Ahmednasir Abdullahi must find this absurd. He asserted that the story's intent is to exclude Mutua from this administration.

Now, according to constitutional lawyer Ahmednassir Abdullahi, some of President William Ruto's Cabinet Secretaries (CSs) lack the qualifications for the positions to which they were nominated.

The Senior Counsel, a supporter of Ruto, stated that the CSs were unqualified to carry out their assigned duties despite having been in office for four months in a message posted on his official Twitter account.

The day H. E. Ruto's cabinet was sworn in is October 27, 2022. A cabinet secretary's performance should not be judged after only 4 months... However, watching H.E. Ruto take notes and keep a scorecard must be fascinating. I don't even think a number is qualified to take care of my camel in Bangla," he wrote.

The lawyer who has long professed support for the Ruto-led administration appears to have recently changed his opinion on the current administration.

Ahmednassir criticized the list of candidates for the Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) seats on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

In his opinion, the list was made up of political outcasts and tenderpreneurs with nefarious intentions.
