2022 presidential politics are heating up as several politicians are trying to get more support from Kenyans and other leaders to get to the top seats in the government.

Deputy President William Ruto has formed his team through the hustler nation initiative to vie for the 2022 presidency, Raila Odinga together with his team are up there too and President Uhuru Kenyatta has not yet announced his stand on who he will support as his term is approaching an end.

Many people have always predicted that President Uhuru Kenyatta will support his handshake partner Raila Odinga, but this doesn't seem possible with the signs of their partnership breaking up seeming to be likely.

Today, President Uhuru Kenyatta was spotted hanging out with former Kiambu Governor William Kabogo who has not missed out in the public politics even after failing to retain his seat in the 2017 general elections.

The two leaders spending time together has brought about rumors that President Uhuru Kenyatta is trying to groom William Kabogo to be the next kin to take over the Mt Kenya leadership after his retirement in 2022.

These rumors might come out true as the Mt Kenya region have not yet announced anyone who will take over from President Uhuru Kenyatta, but William Kabogo might be the best option because of his experience in Kenyan politics.
