Miguna Miguna, an exiled lawyer, has made new claims concerning Deputy President William Ruto. The lawyer was speaking during an exclusive interview with KDRTV in which he was scheduled to discuss the various political debates now taking place in Kenya.
The lawyer was interviewed and asked why he changed his mind and began supporting Dp Ruto, despite the fact that he had previously stated in interviews that Ruto was corrupt and unfit to lead the country. The lawyer did not abstain from answering the question, revealing that his support for Ruto did not imply that he was not corrupt. "Ruto is corrupt. I did not want to imply that he was not corrupt when I backed him, but he is a better candidate than Raila Odinga. "
He asserted that while Deputy President Ruto is corrupt, he is superior to Kenyan rival Raila Odinga, whom he accuses of betrayal. He made it abundantly obvious that he chose to back Deputy President Ruto because Raila had deceived him and hence could not be trusted again.
