Jubilee Party Has Threatened to Ditch Azimio if their demands will not be considered.

Members of parliament who are in Jubilee party have threatened to ditch the Azimio la umoja one Kenya coalition if one of them will not be appointed to sit in the parliamentary service commission.

This comes after the name of Fatuma Dullo of Jubilee was replaced by Nyamira senator Okong'o Omugeni. The posts are three and they are to be shared among the azimio coalition affiliate parties.

"We were not coerced to join ODM in Azimio, we joined willingly and if they mistreat Jubilee members we will leave willingly because we have experienced firsthand the conmanship, politics of deceit, and political banditry by our brothers in Azimio," angry Laikipia North MP Sarah Korere said.

Korere who was with other 10 members from Jubilee part also stated that they have been excluded from parliamentary positions during the formation of parliamentary commissions.

Eldas Mp Adam Keynan assured the members that they will hold a meeting to discuss the way forward for Jubilee party.

"After ODM we were the second largest party in the coalition, so it is not something that we are begging, it is our right, so we are asking the Azimio leadership to fast track these, call for a meeting and allow Jubilee and allow Jubilee party to nominate a candidate to the parliamentary service commission because we are not going to be flower flower girls to anybody," he said.

Azimio coalition has been struggling to fill the posts and it seems like there are serious division within the coalition.
