Mohamed Wehliye who is among the famous people on social media in Kenya today tweeted on his page that Uhuru has slowly been phasing out folks from NEP in state appointees since handshake. He state that Dr Dabar Maalim should have been replaced by someone from North and not from central Kenya, the Parliament should reject them because EACC is not regionally balanced.
