By adding the former president Uhuru Kenyatta in his team, according to Kipruto Arap Kirwa in an interview with K24 TV, Raila Odinga committed a serious mistake.
He felt that it was a huge mistake that prevented him from winning the presidency, in which Kipruto Arap asserted that he was held accountable for all the problems and challenges the government was experiencing at the time, giving Dr. William Ruto an advantage over Raila Odinga.
Even though Raila Odinga bore the entire brunt of the government's misfortunes at the time he gave Uhuru Kenyatta the authority to make crucial choices in Azimio, according to Kipruto Arap Kilwa, Raila made a major mistake.
In retrospect, the former UDA secretary believed that he should not have allowed President Uhuru Kenyatta access to any area close to the Azimio la Umoja team.

Kipruto Arap Kirwa has been regretting his decision to quit, despite the fact that he was a strong man in Kenya Kwanza in its closing hours. He claimed to have foreseen the triumph in Azimio la Umoja, but things went horribly wrong.
